Representing the Midlands

We aim to enter a representative team in all of the annual inter-Area tournaments that take place after the regular season has finished. Those tournaments are organised in 5-year age brackets, from aged 35 upwards.

If you are a player, coach, umpire, manager, or administrator, and are looking to become involved in any particular Masters age group, please get in touch with the relevant age group contact in the list below.

Results of the 2026 inter-Area Masters Tournaments in which our teams have participated can be found on the Midlands Masters Hockey home page.

For elite players who wish to trial for the England Masters teams, the official pathway is to play for your Area and to then get nominated for trials, based on your performance at the inter-Area tournament. Link to follow for information on the England Hockey Nominations Process.
